A: The real estate market in Croatia and Montenegro is quite undeveloped. This also goes for local real estate brokers. Websites that cover all properties on the market simply don’t exist. Still a lot of properties are sold in the informal circuit. To maximize the amount of properties you can choose from you will need a well-informed buying agent with experience and the right contacts. Q: Why not choosing a local agent?
A: Local agents take commission from both side. They have their own properties on offer and try to sell these to you. Their offer is limited to the properties they exclusively sell, which will give you less of a choice. As they take commission from both the seller as the buyer, their advice is not 100% objective. Middelland has good contacts with local agents who provide us with the best properties on offer. On top of that, we will perform an in-depth due diligence on all properties we sell.

A: Because we speak our languages and value a good deal. As a 100% buying agent, we are here to assist you in any possible way.
